A GALA IN PROSPECT PARK’s CONCERT GROVE
Event planning in volatile times (i.e. during a pandemic) is a risky business. So when we began talks with Prospect Park Alliance (PPA) about their Fall 2021 Gala we knew print was out this year and creating digital-only dynamic communications were in. Our solution: Remind prospective donors of all the lively activity that had takes place in Park, especially over the two years of the pandemic, by illustrating and animating a typical park scene. Our illustration also featured the newly restored Concert Grove Pavilion where the in-person gala was to take place. Assets were applied to the gala website and social media platforms.
PPA is the non-profit organization that provides critical staff and resources for Brooklyn’s flagship park, and helped Prospect Park become an international model for the care of urban parks, and one of the premier green spaces in the United States.
